What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in is 300 THB; late check-out is 150 THB per hour, and a full night after 15:00.

Is there a deposit?

A 500 THB key deposit, cash only, taken at check-in and returned at check-out.

When is breakfast?

Buffet breakfast is served 07:00–10:00 and is included.

Can I smoke, or bring a pet?

Neither is allowed anywhere in the hotel. The penalty is 2,000 THB.

What do I need at check-in?

Every guest shows an ID card or passport. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Card payments under 1,000 THB carry a 3% fee.
