We collect the name, email address, phone number and stay details you give us in order to take and honour your booking, and to contact you about it.
Card details are entered on our payment provider's own page and are processed by them. We do not receive, see or store your full card number.
Your booking details are shared with the hotel's property management system so the front desk can prepare for your arrival. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where the law requires us to keep records of a stay, we keep them for as long as that requires and no longer.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address on our contact page.
